Founded in 2022, Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co. is a destination craft brewery in the Texas Hill Country, located just outside of Wimberley in Driftwood, Texas. Brewed on-site in small batches, our beers are inspired by the surrounding hills, oak trees, and big Texas skies, featuring everything from crisp lagers and hop-forward IPAs to flavorful Belgian-style ales, wheat beers, stouts, and seasonal releases. Located alongside Wimberley Valley Winery, our shared property offers a unique opportunity to enjoy handcrafted beer and Texas wine in one visit.
