Founded in 2022, Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co. is a destination craft brewery in the Texas Hill Country. We’re located just outside of Wimberley in Driftwood, Texas. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create high-quality craft beer in a welcoming setting that reflects the beauty and spirit of the Hill Country.

To that end, every beer is brewed on-site in small batches. As a result, our rotating tap list includes crisp lagers, hop-forward IPAs, Belgian-style ales, refreshing wheat beers, rich stouts, and limited seasonal releases. Consequently, there’s always something new to discover. In addition, we’re located alongside Wimberley Valley Winery. Because of our shared property, guests can enjoy handcrafted beer and award-winning Texas wine during the same visit. Whether your group prefers beer, wine, or both, everyone can find something to enjoy.

Likewise, our spacious taproom, shaded patios, and scenic beer garden provide plenty of room to gather and unwind. While you’re here, enjoy pints, beer flights, growler fills, or cans to-go. Meanwhile, you can relax under the shade and take in the peaceful Hill Country scenery. Beyond the beer itself, Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co. hosts live music, music bingo, and other special events throughout the year. On weekends, our on-site food truck serves delicious wood-fired pizzas, burgers, appetizers, and other crowd favorites. As a result, it’s easy to spend an afternoon or evening with us. Furthermore, our family-friendly atmosphere and dog-friendly outdoor spaces make the brewery a favorite destination for both locals and visitors.
