Founded in 2022, Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co. is a destination brewery nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, just outside of Driftwood. We created our brewery with one simple goal in mind: to bring people together over exceptional craft beer in a setting that feels a world away from the city. Surrounded by rolling hills, oak trees, and big Texas skies, our beer garden offers a laid-back atmosphere where friends, families, and travelers alike can slow down, relax, and savor something fresh. Each of our small-batch beers is brewed on-site and inspired by the landscape around us — from crisp, easy-drinking lagers to bold, hop-forward ales and smooth, barrel-aged specialties.

Located inside the same building as Wimberley Valley Winery, our shared taproom allows guests to enjoy both handcrafted wine and beer in one unforgettable visit. We offer pints, flights, growler fills, bombers, and cold cans to go. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a casual afternoon under the oaks, or one of our live music events, Lone Man Mountain Brewing delivers a true taste of the Hill Country — one pint at a time.
