Around the World With Wimberley Valley

 

Each month Wimberley Valley Winery will pick a new wine region to explore and go in depth with the wines and techniques that come out of these areas.

G’day mate! This month we are traveling across the globe to Australia and New Zealand. Join us as we sample wine from two of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. We will talk about the regions within each of these countries, common wines found in these areas and wine making techniques that make this part of the world unique.
This class is $35 per person and includes a wine tasting and small snacks.

Wine Survival Class

Come to Wimberley Valley Winery to learn everything you need to know to survive in the World of Wine. In our wine survival class you will discover everything from proper serving temperature, correct stemware, how to read a wine label and basic wine making techniques that influence your favorite wines. Not only will you learn how to navigate the wine aisle at the store, but also how to best choose a wine from the daunting restaurant wine list. During the class you will have the opportunity to taste wine and learn basic food and wine pairing techniques. You will leave this class feeling ready to take on the wine world with your very own wine survival guide.
